good breakfast? for bulkin

hey guys, this is my usually breakfast,

6:30 am - 1 boiled egg and take out the yoke, and sliced up banana in whole grain oatmeal with skim milk.

9:30 am - 1 boiled egg and take out the yoke, and sliced up banana in whole grain oatmeal with skim milk.

is that ok for a breakfast..
later on in the day i have more lean protein and starchy carbs but i want to make sure the breakfast is correct first... or atleast along those lines...

for bulking

10 eggs only 2 yolks
1 serving oatmeal with frozen unsweetened berries atop
1 serving 100 percent fruit juice
 
One cup of liquid egg whites,one cup oatmeal. (3tlbs of anpb and a banana)mixed in with oatmeal.
 
wow so basically i have to eat a whole carton of eggs (12 eggs in 1 carton) for breakfast every day ???
plus my oatmeal with some protein powder.. can i mix skim milk with it aswell? thats a heap of eggs!!

but im also consuming lean protein throught the day aswell for my other 4 meals...

and taking creatine mixed with dextrose in water.
 
I think you should indicate your stats first (b.f., weight, height).

Some of these suggestions are very large unless your a big guy.
 
For your first breakfast I'd go with quicker acting proteins and carbs, then switch to longer acting for your second breakfast. This will stop you from going catabolic as you start your day.

Breakfast #1 Bagel w/jam, Protein shake

Breakfast #2 Oats + Eggs

hey there, i made a new thread with sum stats.. hope it helps to get help hehe.
 
Well I eat 6 egg whites and two yellows when I'm cutting. so yeah... 10 is the bare minimum.

But like ingram said, I start my day with protein shake to break the fast and stop catabolism immediately.

Oats + eggs becomes very heavy for me considering I work out soon after so I start my day with -

Meal 1. Protein shake, oats, apple.

Meal 2. Egg whites and a whole wheat bagel

thanks iceman - ive made a new thread inregards to my stats and goals and what im currently planning... so you have more of an idea of what i look like and general information u need to make decisions.
