Seriously though, all I would recommend is doing neck exercises with either a neck harness, or use a mat and do wrestling neck exercises (i.e. back arch with neck supporting body weight).
Mine grew from super heavy barbell shrugs and deadlifting as well. I've seen people using head harnesses before but never tried. I would much rather spend time adding an inch to my arms than to my neck.
Goldberg's neck and trap area is obviously the result of good genetics....if you don't have a big neck and good traps to start with you'll never look like Goldberg, but to reach your potential Cleans and Shrugs as well as mat wrestling exercises like neck bridges will help.....and of course nothing makes the lymph nodes swell like a little test and deca.
