Nothing puts more mass on the biceps than a barbell curl
Preacher curls are nice too, since they hit that brachialis. You can add something else to legs like leg press or something...those are fun :). But looks cool so far. By the time you get to triceps they'll be burnt out (at least in my experience). I have a separate arm day now.

for sure..

since i started 5x5 ive taken my 1x6 weight ( i was doin 1x10, 1x8, 1x6 before) and exceded it by a good 10lbs in just one month.

that is, my 5x5 is more than my 1x6 just one month ago, i dont think that first bit made sense.. haha

anyway, 5x5 is the shit, i cant get enough of it and i wish i could train bi's and do deadlifts every day!

looks good bro...but for legs try 5X5 squats, 2x8-10 hacks or leg press, then your SLDL. I think youll be happier with one more compound exercise to blast the legs rather than just squats. Its been working for me. Good luck

Make sure and start low enough that it's easy. It will seem like a waste at first but trust me the slower your progress the more steady it is sure to be. If you start to high on weight you'll plateau fast. Give your body time to adjust to the training style and it will reward you back. Biceps do respond amazingly to this routine. I wasn't sure they would but I have added a half inch in two and a half months. It's all about the weighted dips and standing barbell curls.

i agree with cobra, my arms have responded better than any other bodypart yet. Im on week 5, so ill be taking measurements in another 4-5 weeks to check progress.
