Goddamn fat on my pecs!!!

wats up bros...most of my life i was always a chubby kid....til around 4 yrs ago when i decided it was enuff and i started lifting and dieting.....well in the past yr with the help of strict dieting , hardcore lifting and a couple of dnp cycles under my belt....i have managed to loose a good amount of the fat that i had and get lean....theres jus one problem though. I have never quite efficiently been able to get rid of all of the fat on my pecs...i stilll have a good amount on them and some on my lower gut. I have never done a cycel so i know that its not that type of gyno...but do u think that it may be natural gyno from being a fat kid all of my life. I have tried every diet and cardio possible ( and eeven dnp hehe) but i cannot fully get rid of the fat that i have on my pecs and get a totally chiselled chest. Can u guys give me some pointers on wat i can do to remedy this situation bros thanx
 
I hope someone out there has some ideas about this. I have the same problem. My bodyfat is around 8-9 % and I'm still not happy with my chest! Although it is getting better. In my case changing up my chest routing has really helped. I've gone from heavy lifting to high reps, and an always changing chest routine. 2 things I've found that seem to really help are shallow dips at high reps really focusing on the outer pecs, and wide chest hammer strength machine which your gym may or may not have. I hope this helps cause I know this is a shitty problem. If anyone else has info please post....:fro:
 
Whoa there man
1) How old are you?
2) Four years of dieting, dnp cycles and still arent ripped? You are doing something wrong....
3) If have only a handful of fat on them 3 weeks of PROPER dieting and training should get rid of them.
Post your diet and training split and well analyze them and get you two well on your way to get rid of that shit.

I had the some problem. Asked the same question. Got results. You guys will too. Just do as suggested.
 
i have a buddy who wasnt fat but just had fat on his pecks and he used that cutting jel. wasnt drastic or anything but he said it did help out.
 
Blood, help me :)

I train 4 days a week. I do cardio all 4-days, before weight trraining on an elliptical machine for 15 minutes.

Mon: Chest/Back: Flatbench DBs, PecDec, Chest press, Pulldowns, bent over barbell row, seated row

Tue: Shoulders/Traps: Seated DB press, DB Lat raise, Shrug

Thur: Bis/Tris: Hammer curls, then i use the machine and squat down and put my elbow near my knee and do that (dont know what its called), machine curls, rope pulldowns, dips

Friday: Legs/Calves: mostly extensions cuz of bad knees but I do try light hack squats and leg press, standing calf raises

I do between 3 and 5 sets, pyramiding down- I aim for 15, 12, 10, 8, 6 but sometimes I just die.

I want a kickass routine to use while on the keto diet because this routine doesnt seem to be doing much. It's my own version of one M&F wrote up a few weeks ago that people on the Anabolics board said was pretty good.

A little more about me- 2 years ago I was pushing 250, very fat. I dieted down and now I'm 195-200 but still flabby. i want to harden up but havent found a routine that does kick my ass and get my body developing. I'm 20 and 5'11".
 
Yep I wanna know too, because I am abou to start my first cycle (cutting) and I have the fat on my pecks and under my nips, they kind of look like chicks nips except when they get hard. I have always had that and I hate it. Someone please help!!!!

first of all this may be a long post, so be prepared...


from what i can see, genetically there are at least two types of guys

fat boys with tits
and fat boys without tits

i used to be a fat boy with tits, now i am 35yo, 6' tall
and weigh 190#, most of my teen years i weighed around 230-270#, i lost most of my weight when i was 26 years old, and i did that starving myself (in less than 6 months)

now i am fitter than ever, and doing cardio everyday, sometimes twice a day, and lifting 4 times a week, dont know a thing about my bodyfat but i use size 33 pants, i look fairly decent with strong big shoulders (due to my fat boy years) and with a small waist , but the point is
yes, i happen to have big pecs and lots of fat on my tits
i might have gyno (never took any drugs of any kind) i am sure most former lean guys DONT understand this, but this happens!!, my tits would never look like a lean guy´s pecs, at least not without surgery or a "miracle"

what do i do to hide my flaws?
on the beach/pool ( things i love)
.usually i try to stick with a protein only diet cause water retention increases heavily with carbs
. i use diuretics
. I put cold drinks or ice on my tits before i remove my shirts and then i jump to the water as soon as i can

what do i do daily to get rid of this?
i buy x.small white tshirts and i use them under my tshirts and shirts all the time

where do i buy them?
banana republic sells stretch cotton-lycra tshirts

i know this is a problem, but i havent found any other solution to this so i would be pleased to know any other way to live with this, been doing this for the past 8 or 9 years

I'm only 24 yrs old - so I'm busting my ass before things get too late. I'm 210lbs, 8-9% bf and not seeing the "hardness" that I feel I should be.

I don't think i'm bad off - I feel fine going to the pool, etc. I just want to be tight, ripped, thick, and hard.

Mr. X and a few others posted that preperation-h on the areas, then wrap with seran wrap overnight should help tighten loose skin. of course, this does depend on age and the severity of the problem.

I'm going to give this a shot. I'll take pics before, after - and throughout the next few weeks to see how much retains and how often I'll have to continue doing so.
 
Sorry to say it, but the only way to get rid of that shit is to cut. I had the same problem. It just happened to be that my body was hanging on to fat in those areas and that was the last place for it to go. It might take several months, but just keep cutting and lifting. It takes time for the skin to firm up around the muscle, have patience and be persistent.
 
your routine seems fine bro.
I didnt realize you were that fat. You already lost 50lbs + , thats great in itself.

Post your diet so we can critique it. But from being that fat, you have to realize that patience is the key.

dont get me wrong i dont have a problem going to a pool either, its just that i have been living with your problem for many more years and i kinda know how to react to that, unfortunately i also used preparation h, it works temporarly, just like diuretics work too but just for a while, theres gotta be another solution ( i know its tough but surgery is one solution i dont like at all)
i dont have big boobs or anything, most people dont even notice, but i can notice a former fat boy - now lean guy from a distance cause i am one of them

it is great to lose 50 pounds or more, congratulations, you and i and some others share the same story i guess, i lost around 90-100 pounds when i was 26 yrs old (in less than 6 months) and i did that by myself with no help, no doctors, no nothing, just will power (i know it was not healthy but sometimes you gotta do things like that)
 
i am in almost the same situation, i was on the chubby side and i had massive ammounts around my pecs and calves... so what i did was work my pecs like no tomorrow, i did about 4-6 sets a day of 12-15 reps. And well it worked in a way... they have decreased in size and don't look fatty anymore, now all i gotta do is work them to look more muscular.
My cavles are a different story, no matter what i do, i see no changes.. any tips?? im thinking of getting cutting gel.

i like all that advice on the pecs.. as far as the dude askin about his calves.. ive had those strength shoes for a long time from when i played basketball in high school.. they really shaped my calves nicely..i never even lifted with my legs or even my calves at all in high school.. just did those shoes on and off for a year or so.. it increased my vertical like 10-15 inches and got my feet alot quicker, made me faster and toned and defined the hell out of my calves..they are 125 dollars though and look kind of funny but who cares.. hopes this helps a little..

being a former fat boy is always interesting to hear stories about guys in my situation.

I also happen to have big legs ( most former fat boys have them i guess), but along with the big shoulders i think they are a plus, i never liked my legs cause they were too big but then i found out how hard it is for skinny guys to develop legs like mine and that helped a bit

i have big thighs and big calves, my thighs are not that defined but they look ok, my calves are big but strangely are extremely ripped when i flex them (i rarely work them) so my question is where is that fat that you have in your calves ?, is it fat or just too much muscle?
or both?
what are those shoes the other guy is talking about?

one last question to all former fat boys? do you have stretch marks?, i have a lot, i think more than anybody in the whole world, caused me a lot of self-acceptance problems too but now i think i am over that, but would love to hear your point of view about that
 
well i just turned 18. im like 5'9''-5'10'' and weigh about 220 now. i was down to like 150 two years ago, but drinking beer and smoking weed wrecked all that. im just getting back on. im hittin' the gym 5 days a week. and im gonna try to start a high protien/low carb diet. drinkin lots of water and gonna buy some Xenadrine to curb the appetite. in response to the other posts:
1.i'm pretty big, but my pecs still got a decent amount of unwanted fat. especially around my lower parts by my armpits. im really not sure on how to work that area. im hoping fat loss will take care of it.
2. yea, stretch marks suck. i dont got too many, but after a while the color fades and they dont look so bad. they're like impossible to get rid of. on your gut isn't so bad cause if you grow in some hair, it covers it up.
3. my biggest pain in the ass is the bottom part of my stomach. i've been hitting the abb roller in all the positions and doin sittup/throws with the medicine ball. i got abs..i can feel em. they're just covered by fat. my best tip. drink like 8 glasses of water a day. cuts out and sweet drinks and walk/run. that's the only thing that really seems to work for me.

ps. if i get stuck with the weight loss im prolly gonna invest in some clen. i'd take dnp, but only in the winter. takin' that shit in the summer is sick. you'll sweat your ass off.
 
Mine just look like Chick's Nips when my body is hot, but when my nips get hard or ,my body gets cold my nips are normal.:D :bawling:

Spot reduction through diet and exercise doesnt work, or else 99% of the population would have abs of steel from all the situps they do.

Everyone loses fat at a different pace from different locations. Wherever you deposited fat last, you'll lose it from there first. Just keep the diet and cardio up and eventually you'll lose the stubborn fat.
 
I had the same problem and i worked out, i was up at 225lbs senior year in High School. I had real saggy tits, when i started cutting down I noticed them lagging behind.

What I did:

1. I clean up my diet to the "T", no junk at all for about 3 months
2. Shit load of cardio, half hour in the gym, 3-5miles a night (ED)
3. I did push ups constantly!! All the time, espicially before I shower, I do as many as i can until i can't lift myself with my arms(every night)

I am at about 8-10%BF.
Now i get the most compliments on my chest. It is really defined, and has good size. Just keep trying we all have problem areas that will fall behind, it would be nice for everything to come in at once, but life just doesn't work that way. GOOD LUCK!!

ok , here's a few thoughts i got on the subject !

most of us dont have a complete pec muscle wich means that we have to train the muscle more !
after every cycle i feel its getting better coz my pec muscle is completing ,

i think we all know about dieting and all but the best thing is yohimbine hcl this stuff is great !!
i only fear that i re gain the fats after i stop the administration !!!


i think its redicilous to pay 4000 on a surgery !
and even stop training wich will destroy ur body and ur will ,
spending this money on cycles is the best bet !
 
I tried some stuff called Thiomucase cream --- worked pretty well but i was cutting while using it

-- the cream is supposed to firm up loose skin --- give it a try
