My goal is to drop body fat. I'm currently around 16% body fat and would like to get closer to 10% or lower. I've never been that lean in my life. I've always been that chubby kid.
How much Retroo to try do you recommend that I use? Should I go with 2 mg a week or should I try to push it to 4 or 6 mg?
