glutamine

hey- i just finished my cycyle of EQ and Fina about 4 weeks ago, i've been running clomid. HOw many grams a day of glutamine a day should i take in?

Personally, i go for 3-5 grams, works wonders for recovery

I think 10 would be enough. 5 after workout and 5 before bed should help.

i would suggest at LEAST 15 grams off and lik 30 grams on thats what i have heard to be most effective
