Ok. I have heard great things about this stuff, but i have no idea what kind of dosage i should use, when to take it, empty or full stomach... etc. Can someone plz fill me in so i can start taking it.Thanx

take 5g's after workout and 5g's before bed....ive used this routine for a long time...works well....

i think your best bet is 10 grams before workout and 10 grams post workout.
