Yep, glutamine is one supplement I wont go without again. I think it helps me recover, and keeps me from getting sick as often. I recommend taking about 10g per day regardless of lifting or cardio schedules. Up to 20g a day would be great if you could afford it. Take it on an empty stomach when possible, to aid in absorption, or at least a couple of hours after a meal about 15 min before your next one. Good stuff!-WULF
