GLUTAMINE!! What is the best TYPE to take?

L-Glutamine, Peptide? Do you feel that it has helped you? Also do you have any websites with great prices. thanks in advance!!!
 
yeah, i just use high dose BCAA's (that actually do have about 5 grams of glutamine added in lol) post w/o. its a powder version made by universal that actually has high enough doese of BCAA's to be beneficial. i was using the effervescent glutamine thinking maybe on an empty stomache post w/o it may digest better in the stomache....but probably not. haven't re-upped on it.

yeah, and its effective.....but costs an arm and a leg at this point.
 
I also feel that I get better results from BCAA's rather that straight l-glutimine. The lastest research that I've seen seems to indicate that l-glut for the most part is absorbed by the intestine and little if any reaches the muscle. I do believe that oral glutimine ingestion will boost the immune system, but have little effect on muscle recovery. Remember most studies used glutimine in i.v.:)
 
Glutamine works for me. 20g per day while comming off a cycle and OFF at summer and so on, makes me less sore the day after gymsession.
