yeah, i just use high dose BCAA's (that actually do have about 5 grams of glutamine added in lol) post w/o. its a powder version made by universal that actually has high enough doese of BCAA's to be beneficial. i was using the effervescent glutamine thinking maybe on an empty stomache post w/o it may digest better in the stomache....but probably not. haven't re-upped on it.
