Barnidge-Glutamine IS a protein building block.Proteins of ANY kind are broken down into segmented amino acid chains and shuttled off to their respected targets.Glutamine PEPTIDES will be absorbed very quickly and will take first priority through the intestinal wall,so taking them with other amino's should pose little problem.
