I have only competed once in my life - a push-pull. Im a college track and field athlete through the winter and spring months so Im coming of a light maintainance routine. I plan on competing at the end of the summer or possibly in the fall so I guess Im not restricted to the eight weeks. Also, should I wear a shirt while training. Very much appreciated.
