Girls Post Workout Journals/routine Here!

Want to get some ideas of different routines and workouts for the week.

I was trying to do a search a didn't fine much, and alot girls are looking for some.

Please state your experience as well, for example, begginer or Pro fitness model..
 
I finished Muscle & Fitness' 3 month Rock Hard Challenge, took 1 week off from lifting, did the Zig Zag for 1 week (sort of!) and am now doing the 4 Week Program from M&F but following the weights program more & not really the cardio, although I am doing cardio.

Training Tips



Drink plenty of water. Nothing can kill a workout like being dehydrated.
Be sure to warm up properly and keep your muscles warm, especially during a meet.
Stretch, not only before your workout, but at home too.
Get plenty of rest!
Eat smart and for your goals.
Attack each workout! Every workout is a building block to success.
Visualize each lift. If you can see it, you can do it!
Have a winning attitude
