GHB or 1,4-Butanediol?

I am going to try some ghb. It's my first time. I have done a lot of 1,4-BDO but only as a sleep aid. 4ml is enough to knock me out. What about ghb? What is the dose for sleep? And what about the dose for relaxation? I have heard ghb is the best drug to have sex on. I have taken 1,4-BDO before sex but it only makes me sloppy as hell. For me the only use of 1,4-BDO is to give me a good and deep sleep.
