Getting into martial arts or kick boxing questions...

How old is too old to start going to a martial arts of kickboxing class? Also what is the best out there? I want something that teachs punchs, kicks, grabs, throws, weapons, everything.

Mostly...it isn't the style but the instructor who makes the Art.

I remember sparring with a 76 year old man once in Memphis while training...thank the Lord I never made contact with him...I might have killed him.
