Getting enough calories

Because of the physical work I do all day, I find it impossible to eat more than 1000 cals. between 6 am. and 5pm.I need to be eating 3500+ cals, though, and my question is, is it ok to eat 2500 plus cals between 7pm and 12pm(bedtime) or will it all go to blubber? I eat around 1.5g protein per lb bodyweight,lo fat, and supplement with insulin after workout ending at 7pm. I am about to start A-drol 1 a day, sus 750 wk., and winny 100/day oral. (I have plenty of liver protectors, etc.) Any thoughts?

I hate to say it, but you've really got to try and get all of your meals (5-6/day) around the same... You might try and pre-mix a couple of meal replacements and a couple of protien shakes before going to work and then taking the 2 or 3 mins needed to slam one of those and get back to work.

problem is, If I slam down a 500 calorie shake I feel like puking, and can't move fast enough to get shit done.(I'm a carpenter.)

Not to mention those shakes cost a shit load of money... I'm in the same boat as you bro.
Have you tried the Metrex Protein Bars? They taste ok, will give some added calories, and are not as heavy as some of the shakes.. Also, if you use the protein shakes, don't drink it all at once.. Make up a few 1/2 serving shakes and it won't way you down too much.. I seem to have ok luck with these.. Other than that, don't eat after 9pm. Peace..

Try peanut butter, peanuts, other nuts, throw some healthy fat sinto a protein shake - drink it slowly throughout an hour if you're worried about digestive troubles hindering your work.

Seriously bro, its not hard to get in your cals if you work at it. Protein bars, shakes and weight gainers must be taken at all necassary times. They're quick and easy, no excuse not to have a protein bar on hand.
