Thought wasn't anything b/c I've been off cycle for over 8 months now and took proper HCG and clomid pct. Had the soreness now for three weeks, feel knots behind nipple and seems puffier. Started takin nolva @ 20mg/day but still the soreness is still here. Need advice bros.

I had the same experience. I did gear for about 4 years, and the gyno really acted up about 6 months after I stopped altogether. I guess it took me a long time to rebound because of the longevity of my use. I treated it with nolva, but it was too bad. I have to have surgery on my right nip to fix it.
Now- I haven't done anything in two years, and I feel like I am back to normal. Unfortunately, I am also about 25 pounds lighter! Any cycles from this point forward will be mild, and short. I would recommend anyone that does juice to pay great attention to PC.T, and ALWAYS off-cycle for 2-3 months.

Thanks for the advice. Gonna see if I can get my hands on some Femera. I still can't figure out why I'd be getting it now after so long off cycle. My last cycle was a long one though, which had both a bulking and cutting cycle at the beginning and end respectively lasting from July to March... so that may have really phucked up my natural test and estrogen levels.
I just hope the nolva I'm taking is actually working, it's from oropharma and the pills taste sweet... which seems odd.
I was also thinking of taking some test right away to raise my test levels... although I'm sure this isn't the smartest idea. Have a few bottles of bd andropen that are just collecting dust. Bad idea?

The sweetness could be from whatever binds the tablets together. Not a big deal.
You shouldn't use tamoxifen with letrozole. The Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - will reduce the effectiveness of the letrozole. Tamoxifen binds to the receptors in breast tissue, and you are using letrozole to "attack" (unscientific term - sorry) estrogen. If the tamoxifen is binding to the estrogen receptors in the breast tissue then the letrozole has to work to remove that and inhibit estrogen in the body.
That is far from exactly accurate on how they work, but in a nut shell the tamoxifen will reduce the letrozole's effectivness.
And don't start the test until your gyno symptoms have cleared. Why would you put something in your body that can cause gyno when you are trying to get rid of it?

You think this works for Real gyno once the glands are saturated? Or just for Pseudogyno where its just fat? I have real gyno on my left nipple trying to get rid of it. Had it for about 7 months now. Didnt take enought Adex during cycle or maybe was some bunk gear under dosed. I was running a underground lab you know how that goes. Ive read articles that said sometimes Nova and letro may help. But most people say surgery is a must. Im on TRT now and considering running adex to prevent it from getting worse. But since Im runinng only 125mg of test Cypionate a week its so low that it wont really aramatise. Considering Nova and letro what you think?
