1 packet Sugar Free Jello - Your favorite flavor
2 cups low- or no-fat cottage cheese
1 serving of vanilla protein powder
1 can or about 2 servings of fresh fruit

1. Blend cottage cheese and protein powder together in the blender. While it blends, boil one cup of water and If your fruit is canned, drain and run under water to rinse off excess sugars. Divide the fruit between 4 containers
2. When water boils add it to jello and dissolve. Slowly add the jello to cottage cheese/protein powder mixture and let the blender run for about a minute.
3. Pour the cottage cheese mixture evenly between the 4 containers.
4. Chill for 4 or more hours

This shit is the balls. Taste great, good for you, ads protein to diet.

You can add another half serving of protein powder if you like.

Re: needto's meal of the week thread.

I Am a meat guy lol. I could snack on some good meat all day long. This is always a cool one to have in the fridge or cooler and eat it cold.

1 lb flank steaks or other marinating steak
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch chili powder
2 teaspoons onion salt
1/4 cup crushed peanuts
vegetable oil, for brushing
Cut the steak into strips.
Place in a bowl with all other ingredients and rub in well.
Thread the steak strips onto soaked wooden skewers.
Ensure they are all well covered with nuts and spice.
Brush each skewer with oil and grill over a medium high heat on the BBQ until cooked through.

You can skip the sugar or use splenda if you like.

1/4 cup of any kind of nuts you like crushed.

In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, peanut butter, cinnamon, and nuts mix well.

this makes a great dip or topping for just about any thing.
rice cakes, apples, fruit, veg of any kind, any thin you can think of. It has a good about of healthy fats and protein in it as well.
