Weather you are just starting out or you have been working at this for years. There is a good chance you have heard the sayings or been told by family, people, and friends. Diet is key , diet and training are the building blocks, diet this, diet that, diet, diet, diet.
There is no doubt in my mind that you don’t need yet another person stating the obvuase
to you one more time. I think we all get it. Diet is the #1 factor in reaching our goals, and there in lies the problem.
No matter if you are just starting out or have been working at your goals for years. The problems we all face when it comes to diet are all too common to all of us. Sticking with it, boring food, no time, not enough money, conflicting friends and families life stiles, forgetful thinking, lack of enthusiasm, and many other reasons.
There is a reason why so many of us are stuck and having these problems with our diet. For most of us it’s not for lack of knowledge about what is good to eat and what is not. We have all heard that ridiculous statement “eat for fuel not for pleasure”.
Well I am here to tell you that statement is a load of crap, and it’s not helping any one. In fact it has become one of the single most destructive statements ever stated. For most of us its just one more stumbling block added to the list.
It is because of these reasons I am writing to you today. These problems you are faced with and many more all have solutions, and they can all be solved by learning one simple life skill (cooking).
In this fast past world we live into today. Cooking is a life skill that has been swept under the rug for years. Fathers and mothers no longer teach there children. People no longer want to take the time to learn. Life has become so fast past, and we live in a have it your way world. We get our food from boxes, bags, freezer packs, fast food joints, cans, and off the shelves of convenience stores, shrink wrapped and ready to go.
