There is a mad suppliment store (that is now a chain of stores)
On the phone the I was talking to the owner.......he is giving me heaps of mad advice and i was keen. Went into the store and met the dude.
...........lets just say i was very dissapointed. couldnt take advice from someone who i will surpass in 1 years time of training.

I hope this isnt the same.

I think George is in better shape, or he used to be anyway. Strange he would spend 15-20 years of his life in the fitness-area othervise
