Everyones different, I went from being 170 lbs to 195 in 7 months, the first 3 months I consider an off/on experince (post october) my bench sucked ass, and I never deadlifted till I found this board, my squat was a joke too
started out like this
Bench 160 for 1x8
Squat 140 for 1x5
Military 80 for 1x10
7 months later
Bench 315 1x4
Squat 275 1x2
Dead 375 1x1
And this is eating so/so
Riding my bike every other day AND smoking, beer & the odd drug
Genetics help, thanks grandpa !
now id hate to see what my potental could be if I ate clean and stopped smoking...damnnn!
I WILL stop smoking and eat right once I do my first cycle, I NEED to hardwire myself.
I know some of you are thinking how the hell does he do it? Im a lucky bastard thats all, I know allot of people have to work thier asses off HARD
