In terms of GRAMS, it's a matter of size, so a gram tablet can only contain a gram of volume (the same as a BCAA or regular amino). But if you read through the literature, GEAR is 100% usable, as opposed to a regular amino which is about 10% usable.

Plus, the fractionated peptides increase the effectiveness of OTHER aminos in the system, so GEAR is really a different kind of supplement from a normal amino.
