i keep a bottle of gear by my bed. and take it right before i go to sleep, as soon as i wake up, and probably once every night when i wake up to take a bathroom. is gear enough to stop catabolism from sleeping? or do i need carbs too. i was thinking about getting some better protein bars for this but i figured by the time i ate one of those in the middle of the night i wouldnt be able to get right back to sleep/.
