i have now used gear on and off for abit alongside my mate and we both have come to the conclusion that if its run and dosed properly it is a massive edge, i sware its helped my gains on cycle and also on the sarms runs and bridges iv been doing. I feel its really good also if your a lifter on the move and very active, i sometimes fall short on protein or calories as i dont always have the time to create the perfect meal. It helps to make your body all the more anabolic and if you come up shy on protein etc atleast every gram you got can be used and is effective, il always try to eat exactly what i need but if i fail i feel this cushions me abit.
apart from this point our protein consumption is obviously a very important part of lifting and i feel any extra edge in this regard is very important, surprised to see so little people utilizing it, def a quality and solid edge for thos that do tho. just my opinion but i think its def worth adding to everbodies sup lineup
