Needle was all the way in "23gage 1 inch" took about 10-15 seconds to shoot it all in "I am doing 1ml" 45 minutes later I see 3 oil stain on my boxers where I put the shot assuming my gear has come out obviously, did all of it come out and should I inject myself again? Please help!!!

Needle size is a little large and short for injecting. Try using 25g 1.5" and make sure you are getting deep into the muscle. That should help but honestly a couple drops of oil is not a big deal

Try Z-tracking, basically you just pull the skin to the side a little bit with one hand while you inject with the other, when you release the skin returns to it's place and the hole is no longer above where you injected into the muscle thus keeping the oil from leaking out.

I do what maxxreps said. Don't pull the needle out right away. Pull it out slowly, Like you pull a bit, wait for 10 seconds, pull a bit more wait for another 10 seconds, like that and when it's out use your palm and apply soft pressure to the area for like 30-60 seconds.

Like your ol lady is always telling you ! Deeper dude deeper ! Haha just messing with you ! That little leaking won't lose any amount to worry about. A lot of good advise so far just slow on the push and relax and allow compound to absorb before jerking that needle out. Not gonna hurt any more just leaving it a second.
