I will be following this work out routine for bulking and he suggest to buy his products for better results, this guy was a pro and obviously he knows what he is talking about, but buying his products it's necessary? plus they are kind of expensive.
They are not bad supplements but they are very over priced for what they are. For example, size on is nothing more then a flavoured creatine and glucose supplement. You are paying a lot of money for the brand name and all the marketing behindsize on. You could get the exact same thing for a lot less money by purchasing generic version of each.
For a creatine supplement - get either a bulk creatine monohydrate powder or a capsulated creatine product like ancient strength from n2bm.com. If you want to add in a carbohydrate source, get a high molecular weight carbohydrate like waxy maize or vitargo. Both of those options are much better then glucose because they will still raise insulin levels but they are sugar free.
Just look at the ingredients of each supplement and buy a generic version for much cheaper.
Remember that these supplement companies are huge marketing and sales machines. Of course they want you to buy their products. I am sure the general suggestions are great but I would do your own research and shop by ingredients and not the front of the package.
I recommend N2BM supplements in most cases. Especially the ones I feel are necessities. These could include creatine (Ancient Strength), a good multivitamin (Ruthless 3D), Fish or Krill Oil (Krill TS), a good BCAA (GEAR).
