What's your shoulder routine and height?

I do chest/shoulder/tris all on Wed. Usually just behing the neck for shoulders, sometimes some upright rows. This week I benched 405 x3, inclined 315 for a couple sets of 6 , did some cable flys, Behind the necked 315x2, upright rowed 185 for two heavy set and did one set of 275 for close grip bench. I did 8 very controlled reps pausing the last two..........................galaxy
