Just wanted to say whats up to the board and give some of my stats.

22 Y/o, 180lbs, 10-11%BF
On a bulk cycle and training like this.

Monday - Legs
Tuesday - Chest, Abs, & Cardio
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Back, Shoulders, & Cardio
Friday - Bi's, Tri's, & Forearms
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Rest

Critiques and questions welcome.
 
since your new to the board you probably havent looked at the dc thread. seems like people are doing well on that routine. but for me i got nothing out of it. but for the majority of people here it seems to be a good routine

yeah, DC seems to work. it's a long ass thread though
