right, for a total body workout in as little time as possible, you need to do power cleans because they hit most of your body(calfs, quads, hams, glutes, lats, traps,delts, triceps and forearms)
after 5 sets of 4-10 reps(depending on what you want to get from training)
then do 3 sets of dips with minimum rest between sets
then 3 sets of chin ups
and if you have time, do a few sets of crunches
