If you're trying for a ketogenic diet, what's the confusion? Take in less than 25g of carbs/day and in 2-3 days, you are in a state of ketosis. If you don't have the discipline to ban carbs, or would just rather keep yourself on a balanced diet, I would try Bodyopus.
Either way, your diet is EXTREMELY important. Saying "fuck it" is not the answer. If you carb intake is too high, your insulin levels are going to be elevated and all the cardio in the world won't change that. If you're not taking in enough "good" fat, then your body will be reluctant to shed its own. If your not taking in protein every 2 hours, your available protein/amino acid stores will become depleted and muscle growth and maintenence will be affected.
Awesome results are the product of 45% intense training, 45% solid diet, and 10% supplementation. If you don't put in the work at the gym, and you eat like college freshman, don't expect the supplements to transform you into Arnold.
