I started my first hardcore bulking stage about 2-1/2 months ago. Im making great strength gains and some growth gains. Though I have a problem, I tend to store fat on my chest so therefor I get the dredded "puffy nipples" and that sucks!!! Ive noticed since I started bulking that my nips are starting to look worse and worse. The problem is, is that my chest is growing but at the same time Im putting fat on it, so its double trouble. Ive decided to ditch the bulking and start trimming to see if I just have fat on my chest or if I have any sort of gyno. My question is; whats a good cardio split to obtain as much muscle mass as possible and shed fat? I know this is probably a stupid question, but I dont want to lose major size, or strength. But in order to get rid of my chest fat, I guess Ill do anything. Please give me some good splits and the best times to hit cardio. My current lifting program is:
Mon-Chest/Shoulders
Wed-Bis/Tris
Fri-back/legs.
I was thinking of hitting the cardio tues, thurs, and sun.
BTW, im not on any gear or prohormones.
 
i have the same exact thing. happens to a few guys with higher bf%.

Dude, people have a genetic propensity to store fat in certain places. Traditionally there is the gynoid type where fat is stored in the ass and hips and the android where its stored in stomach and love handles. But, people dont always fit into either all the way - i know i dont. So, if you have your chest is where you store fat, I wouldn't worry about it... its just genetic. And besides, bulking phases aren't about looking good, they are about getting bigger. You can cut down later.

I hear ya man, but when my chest seems to get worse than better it gets pretty damn frustrating, and embarrassing. I havent cut in about 2 years, so I think Im gonna give it a whirl to see what I have underneath. The only thing is, is that cutting is a bitch!!!!!!!!!:mad:
 
Try lowering your overall calories by 15-20%, and try to stick with high protein. If you do cardio first thing in the morning on at least 3 of your off days, you'll probably start to see results. You could also pick up the pace in your weight lifting workouts, cut rest periods down, and you'll keep your heart rate up which is great for burning calories.
Unfortunately you have no chance of gaining any muscle while dieting, best you can do is to try and hold on to what you do have
