Frozen wild salmon at Wal-Mart

You haven't seen the Walmart I have to go to -- it's NASTY!!

I did buy some frozen Wild Salmon from Trader Joe's however....

did you happen to notice where they said this salmon was sourced from?
probably some pesticide, pcb feed farm somewhere off chile

always buy your frozen and fresh protiens from reliable sources
might as well beat cardboard with afew added chemicals added

i know i've not posted on here much but i am a chef by trade and i know what they do to some of that stuff

the stuff he's talking about isn't canned its actual individually packaged filets. They aren't wal-mart brand either. They are actually pretty good too.

that would be important
like i eat only wild/organic, line caught pacific salmon
