From INDIA Help Needed for my first Test E only Cycle

Hello guys, I am from India. And I am doing my first Test E only cycle @500mg per week for 12 week.
Here is my cycle details:
Week 1-12: Testenate Depot, B.M. Pharmaceuticals Ltd. @500mg per week
Week 3-14: Anastrazole tablets 0.5 mg every other day (Armotraz)
Week 15-18: Tamoxifen tablets (Tamodex) @20 mg per day
Week 15-16: Clomifene tablets (Fertyl) @100 mg per day
Week 17-18: Clomifene tablets (Fertyl)@ 50 mg per day
Here is my body details:
Age 27
Height 177 cm (5 foot 10 inches)
Weight 72 kg
Training Experience 3 years (on and off & regularly from last 1 year)
My Weighlifting Routine is as follows
Monday: Back: Pull Ups, DL, BB Row, DB Row
Tuesday: Chest + Biceps: BB Bench Press, Incline DB Press, Dips, BB Curl, DB Curl
Wednesday: off
Thursday: Legs: Squats (8 sets), Leg Press, Leg Curl, Seated Calf Raises
Friday: Shoulder + Triceps: Military Press, DB Press, Lateral Raises, Up right row, Skull Crusher, DB OH Extension.
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off

This is my 3rd week and I haven’t notice any strength gain or any libido. Only change I notice is that my skin becomes very oily especially my facial skin.
I want to gain 10 kg from this cycle. I am vegetarian so no meat or fish i consume. I only eat eggs, milk, cheese, lentils, whey protein for my protein need. Is this cycle is good or any suggestion. Thanks in advance. And excuse for my poor English lol

not a fan of guys with your stats juicing. its a recipe for disaster. you need to put on more size and strength and build a base first otherwise exactly as you wrote you aren't going to see any positives come out of this

your workout split isn't optimal.. why not simplify it to just push/pull/legs instead of doing a 4 day split where you are mixing push and pull in the same workout. any pulling motion works your biceps, no need to isolate them on your chest day like that.. you are only overworking things that way and its going to prevent you from pushing more weight

secondly your diet is fine. you don't have to eat actual meat to get in plenty of protein if you are eating cheese, eggs, etc. I just think you need to eat more and push harder at the gym and your results will come. it takes more than just 1 year of consistent training to build mass.

Thanks bro for suggestion. I will definitely try Push/Pull/Legs routine. But please tell me some details like frequency of this training. I mean each workout
(1) once a week working 3 times a week or
(2) twice a week working 6 times a week

And i am starting juicing because i am not gaining muscles from last 3-4 months. Btw i started from 45 kg three years ago and since gain approx 30 kg. I was super skinny guy. I bet you never seen so skinny boy in your life.

I was 100 lbs when I started working out, got to 150-154 naturally after 3 years.. then I hit the sauce. if you have maximized your natural limits (arbitrary) then why not.

Some people have a better starting weight then others or better base.


other than that steves- hit everything on the head

I rec eod or about 3-4 days a week workouts. heavy and 6-8 rep ranges, 1-2 parts per workout and forced stretching during or after workout.
i rec wait on cycle but if you do start AI in week 1 IMO

I'm too from India,Delhi. I would say the approx cost for 10 week test e cycle would be around 4000INR for test e + 900 INR for anastrozole +400INR for Nolva/clomid pct.
anywhere around 5000-5500INR is good which converts to less than 100$.
 
Ahaaa.. thats cheap .. well m gonna do 3months cycle soon .. n my coach as estimated it 2b about 20k .. that is a good cycle of a good brand
. Will b starting the cycle in few weeks

Heres what i do my friend, mon Push Exercises
Bench press, Flys, finish off with push up i usually do about 10 sets for large muscles.
Triceps kickbacks, skull crushers, tricep push downs
Over head press (BAR)dumbbell raises Front and sides.


If you go all out to failure then 3 times a week is all you need.Your body after training is going to have a big demand for nutrients so have a protein shake afterwards.

Behind the neck chin ups.
Preacher Curls, seated bicep curls, standing curls using the bar.

Fri
Legs curls, Leg extensitions
Behind the neck freestanding Squats
Calves
Abs.

Hello asif. Sorry for late reply.
If this is your first steroid cycle then i suggest you to use Test E (brand name - Testoviron Depit) 500 mg per week. You will gain decent mass.
Just follow my cycle.
I gained about 10 kg from this cycle. And after pct, i have retained 7 kg. Huge improvement for me. Best of Luck

Steroids are very very cheap in India. I will say cheapest in the world. I got Test E 250 mg ampoule at Rs. 120 (2 dollar).
So for 10 week cycle@500mg per week, you have to spend only 40 dollar (Rs.2400)
