After this weekend I have a whole new outlook on competing. I want to start a new journal to reflect my new attitude!

What I witnessed gave me the confidence I thought I was lacking to put the excuses aside and just do it... Win, lose or draw.. I will walk with my head high proud of my accomplishment.

Thank you so much darlin! You have been with me thru some ups and downs.. good and bad and still backed me no matter what. Having you aside me while I jump on this monster ride... well there are no words to say how thankful I am. :heart:

Shoulder and traps
kept it 3-sets of 20 on each exercise. Feeling some serious grinding in my right shoulder and in my elbow. blech!
