I'm in my second cycle. 100mg prop eod, 600mg eq/week. First cycle was 30mg dbol ed, 500mg ara-test/week. I didnt get much out of it cause I was fucking around (girlfriend probs, blah blah). 2nd cycle is going better. Any constructive criticism appreciated. I'm 23, 6'1, 216#, bf ~10% I'd say.

I had my bf measured at my gym via 7 site caliper test. This was before my 2nd cycle and I was 10.2%. I think the error is +/- 3%, so 13 is very possible, I don't doubt it. In fact I'd prefer if it's 13, that means more room for improvement :D
 
I just measured my right bicep cold and it's 18.5". I'm not flexing it very well in that pic, I was too focused on sticking my lats out, lol. When I started they were ~17". Shooting prop into bi's seems to help :D
