I ordered from here Monday...I payed for 2 day delivery yet in the email I got it says 2-3 days. If it wasn't guaranteed 2 day delivery I would have paid for UPS ground and it would have been here in 3 days...whats going on?

If the order was placed and processed before 5pm on Monday then 2 day would be Wednesday. If it was placed Monday night, 2 day would be Thursday. Its bussiness days and shipping must be done before 5pm or it counts as the next day.

Its never going to be exactly on time,sometimes they get their earlier sometimes a little later.we all have ordered many products through postal service and ups and we know exactly how things work.You have to understand that these products are traveling hundreds sometimes thousands of miles by plane car truck motorcycle peddle bike.You get the point,one day the mailman might have had diarreah and couldnt make it so the other guy that dosent know the route had to handle the mail that day.Thats just the way things turn out.It affects us more than you guys because we want the item to get to the customer faster than they expected not late.Believe me we will always try to do the best to get it a lot faster than expected.

It was not cheap it was 28 dollars for the 2 day shipping which is simply ridiculous to begin with. The mailman just showed up and they sent it USPS and still NO PACKAGE. I used the tracking number I received in the email and it shows they still haven't even picked it up from the shipper yet. When you pay 28 dollars for 2 day shipping you expect it in 2 days. Not 3 days not 5 days...2 days. I would have sent the package UPS ground and it probably would have gotten here just as fast and would have been a hell of a lot cheaper. I ordered something from proteabody.com on Monday and I received it on Tuesday...they are on point...justaddmuscle.com is just RIDICULOUS
