The 6th it was in NJ cause today is the 6th. Monday was the 2nd and today (Friday) is the 6th. Do you really think paying 28 bucks for shipping and getting it 4 days later is suffice?

I did everything I could to get you your product on time. I shipped it the same day and paid the postal service for the 2nd day delivery. I'm sorry, but I can't control the mail system once the pack leaves my hands.

It still doesn't justify not getting it in 2 days. You are responsible for that. If you don't want to take responsibility that is fine but stop making up every excuse in the book as to why I didnt get it in 2 days like I should have.

Have you been able to confirm thru the shipping label that your pack was sent on the 2nd? Can you confirm that JAM sent it with the appropriate mail grade?

If so...

How can you still blame JAM for the delay of the postal service if he did everything right on his end? If he sent it on time and with enough postage, and it was the mail service who was late... How can you still blame them?

I hope you are not this unreasonable in life outside of the internet.

Bro Im not making up excuses.I told you return it for a full refund and do not order from us again please.I would rather take a loss than have to deal with some one like you again honestly.

No actually if you look at the detailed description of the shipping it was in New Jersey on the 5th.
 
Ok so it was sent on the 2nd and it was sent priority mail which apparently means 2-3 days according to USPS. If it is 2-3 days it should state that on the website not say 2 day delivery. The package was shipped on time it just should have stated how it would be shipped on the website and not 2 day delivery.
 
damn guys, this whole conversation is mind numbing drivel. Mike, you are coming off as a real tool and let me clue you in....the customer is NOT always right, particularly when they act like a 15yo schoolgirl who lost her seat at the lunch table.
JAM , I think you have made a good decision to "fire" this customer...seriously man, nobody needs to be slammed like this for a POSTAL service error....
