weight training runs in my family and my grandfather was a big-time bodybuilder back in the 40s
my question is now that I am an older guy in my 50s how should my weight training change? I've been a power lifter for the better part of 25 years
but I feel like my body can't handle it anymore. Has anyone had a similar experience where you switched to do anymore bodybuilding instead of powerlifting and what are some of the tips you can give me
