I used to work them 3x per week, I'd finish my workotus with either behind the back curls, or wrist curls. Then I started developing tendonitis, I didn't realize they already get worked plenty through out the week, now I only directly work them once per week on arm day. Wrist curls and reverse grip curls.KillahBee said:not sure. but I work them in when doing grip work. DB/BB holds, wrist rollers, forearm curls (behind the back, reverse). I get a ridiculous pump in my forearms.
