14.5" And honestly, I never target them. They've just always responded well for me.
I suppose I should also mention I'm 225. Does anyone know if 14.5" sounds proportionate for a 5'9" 225 pounder?

14.5. I only recently started grip training so maybe they'll grow. Then again, they might shrink if I ever lose some weight. You don't have to be fat to be strong.

not sure. but I work them in when doing grip work. DB/BB holds, wrist rollers, forearm curls (behind the back, reverse). I get a ridiculous pump in my forearms.

225 doesn't even sound proportional for a 5'9"er :p You must be pretty jacked man. Then again you've got 14.5" forearms. I'm 5'9" 175 ish and mine are about 12.5-13" I think.

I used to work them 3x per week, I'd finish my workotus with either behind the back curls, or wrist curls. Then I started developing tendonitis, I didn't realize they already get worked plenty through out the week, now I only directly work them once per week on arm day. Wrist curls and reverse grip curls.

yeah, they get hit with most movements, especially DLs and curls and things like that. I also do them once per week.

13" here.

I don't do any direct work for them.

If I started up high rep wrist curls like I used to do in high school they'd probably be 14" in a month.

Mines around 14-15 - I work them out 3-4 times a week. I'm a pitcher though so I need them to be strong. If you want to blow them up rather quikly I would definitely go with reverse curls. First start out with lighter weight going 3X10 or 12 then once you get to where your shoulders can handle it I would bump up to heavier weight less reps. This will put strain on your shoulder so be safe with them at first.

12"--I work for a landscaper (althought, mostly I hardscape limestone blocks)--so lots, of grabing, shoveling, and wheel-barreling...I never do forearms in the gym.

never thought about measuring them before.
I did and came and up with forearms 14'', biceps 17.5'', neck 18'' ,waist 36'' ,thigh 25'' ,calf 16.5'' ,wrist 8'' ,ankle 9.5''
got a little carried away.

This is interesting. I'm an ectomorph (6'1", 185lbs after a decade in the gym) and I measure 13.5, I have always had big forearms through.
