Any suggestions on a good forearm exercise? I do bar bell and dumbbell forward and reverse curls I have noticed some results but not as much as I want. Any suggestions would be great.
plate pinch is very good one , just pick up a plate of 5 kg and hold it with fingers and thumb for minute . You can walk around by grabbing which ll make it easy. Do not hold from center hole. you can increase time and weight according to ur progress
