I have an injury to my forearm and my wrist as well. They both got injured from doing heavy sets. I felt sort of a pop in both. I was wondering when it comes to BPC 157, do you think that 250 mcg a day would be a good dosage?
Bros, When it comes to BPC and TB500, they work the best together, so make sure you stack them. I would be running them every other day at minimum for the first couple weeks.
BPC and TB-500 should be ran for a minimum of 12 weeks. It's very important, and I would run the BPC at least 250 micrograms a day. Make sure you get it as close to the injury as possible.
