Forearm Exercise

Any suggestions on a good forearm exercise? I do bar bell and dumbbell forward and reverse curls I have noticed some results but not as much as I want. Any suggestions would be great.
 
plate pinch is very good one , just pick up a plate of 5 kg and hold it with fingers and thumb for minute . You can walk around by grabbing which ll make it easy. Do not hold from center hole. you can increase time and weight according to ur progress
 
The reverse barbell curl actually diverts some of the attention to the biceps however it does specifically target the forearm muscles through the lifting process. This is an excellent workout if you want to take some emphasis off the forearm muscle groups to blend maneuvers into a whole body workout
