I was skinny fat...
When I was in highschool, some girl said I looked like a Q-tip. That's when I realized that I was a muscless scrawn. I bought a cheap weight set, began throwing weights around, and tripled my calories. Since I didn't know shit about lifting, I ended up gaining about 35 pounds of pure fat. Yuck. I looked disgusting... skinny-fat. For a year following, I just ate cereal all day. I lost the fat and begain a pushup/pullup workout. After a couple months, I actually saw some muscle, my first. I was still a skinny bastard, being about 145 lbs at 6 feet. Then I discovered HIT and brought myself to 160. Then I finally realized that I'd get nowhere without squatting and got myself to about 175. From 145 to 175 took a couple years. Then I juiced my first cycle and got to just under 200 lbs. That was two years ago, and since then, I went through a period of stopping everything. I'm now on my way back up.
