I was pwned the first day in Con Law by the Dean...I thought I knew Marbury Vs. Madison...didn't read the case and got pwned "Paper chase" style.....he was old school.

My con law prof was terrifying. I wanted to vomit the entire time I was in his class - 16 weeks, 4 days a week, 55 minutes a class. I still have nightmares about that man.

I played the odds..I had studied the case generally as an undergrad and played the odds of getting called first in class...the first fuckin' day of class...he made me look like a fool...Javaguru doesn't like it but it was deserved..I never came to class unprepared after it.

My law school "trick" was reading the first case and reading the rest in class...my fellow students remarked on my bullshit ability. I should be a politician but at the end of the day I'm going to say something offensive and insightful.
