For those of you who TRAIN in the MORNING......

its up to you. i prefer not to take any meals before lifting because i want to do my cardio on an emtpy stomach

I respect all the bros. who train in the morning. For me, i cant do it. My workouts suffer badly. I feel flat, no energy, strength is down, and thats with one meal in me, i need two or three to feel good in the gym. I recommend you eat something healthy and get at least one meal before weight training. I think MORNING cardio is overrated anyway, and cardio anytime during the day will be effective. It is the overall calories in the day that count. I can manage to do cardio in the morning, then come back later for a workout, but it would be nice to have it done early and get your day off on the right track. Like i said, not for me.-WULF

Since you are cutting: I would lift then do cardio all on an empty stomach. If bulking or maintaing eat a meal before.

thats what im saying machine, talk about C-A-T-A-B-O-L-I-C, i would only attempt this on a cycle, and even then it may not be a good idea. I reccomend a meal before heading to the gym, then cardio post-workout.-WULF
