For those of you who TRAIN in the MORNING......

Shit! There is no way i could train at 4.00am,im not really a morning person.I do train at 11.00am because i have my own gym and have to train when it is the quietest.I get up around 7.30am,do cardio from 8.00am - 9.00am.eat breakfast at 9.30am then train at 11.00.Works well for me.If i had your situation i would do cardio,go home and eat, then train.Or do my cardio after training.

dont eat anything. do your cardio on an empty stomach

thats the time i wish i could train, anywhere between 10am-12pm. my energy levels are up and hardly anyone is at the gym. how much money do you need to have in order to start up a gym?

Its about time someone provided solid feedback on this subject (Yes, I did research on the Search forum) anyways that has always been a question of Morning workouts I wake at 4 a.m. leave the apartment at 4:30 walk from my place to the gym (approx. 30 minutes) then go ape shit in the gym for 45 minutes all on an empty stomach....then I have something to eat....

well if you plan to lift before cardio, i wouldnt recommend eating anything. but if i was in your situation, i would do cardio on an empty stomach, go home and eat and return to the gym 1-2 hours later. unfortuantely for me, i only have time to workout in the AM so i lift and do my cardio back to back on an empty stomach. your energy levels arent as high but who cares about impressing people at the gym?

I live in the UK,the gyms are nowhere near the size of the gyms in the USA.My gym, well me and my training partners gym i should say,we are 50/50 cost around £100,000 to set up.Mostly Hammer and Cybex equipment, shit takes forever to get here from the states.Im waiting on a Cybex bicep machine, takes 12 weeks!

somehow I think you NEED to have something in your system before you train. you're not going to have very much explosiveness if you go in on an empty stomach. I'm sure people will debate this but I'd consume some fast digesting proteins and carbs. Maybe a mix of simple and complex?
