there is a cliche "if nature produces it then eat it and if it is man made avoid it"
this is generally going to be the best way to eat in general
there is no secret way to eat on cycle, what is healthy off of cycle will be healthy on. what i will say is we see a pattern right now bigtime of perma bulking from guys who use steroids and eat too much food and too often. that isn't fitness, that is just being big and strong
