Food question

i think that raw nuts, avocado, and some fruit are staples of healthy fat and fiber. none will make you fat and they are full of nutrition

as far as veggies.. wet veggies like baby spinach and green lettuce are very important for their minerals/vitamins
 
Variety is the spice of life. It's best to eat a great variety of different foods each day to get multiple different nutrient profiles.
