I feel like I am doing really good on keeping my diet in check, plus I am on day four of lipoflame. I have energy to spare, already having to do laps around the office!

How many meals did you eat and only consume 560 cals? my first meal at 6:30am is 670cals and i'm starving by 8:30am; my goals are different than yours though

since noon I have had another can of tuna, another tbsp of pb, handfull of grapes and an apple.

You see where I was heading, 300lbs at 99%bf. This is just one reason for only a banana for breakfast.

For example, I will eat 2 bowls of oatmeal a day (big ones mind you) first when I wake up and then for lunch. After that I cut out all of my starch carbs for the rest of the day. Why? When you first wake up your body needs the carbs for energy and to replenish your glycogen. These carbs have little chance to be stored as fat. The second bowl of oatmeal is used to give you energy for the rest of the day and give the body what it needs. For me, consuming starches after 3:00pm is just bad and causes me to gain bf.
By keeping your starch carbs consumed early, you have a better chance to reach your goal quicker.
If you are doing your cardio like we discussed first thing in the AM on an empty stomach with your Lipoflame and eating AFTER you will be golden.
